Increasing of searches can make a thing attractive. However, this is the secret work, and it is impossible. Step 1 (Creating of Gmail account):
> Create a Gmail account.
> Enter your Phone number and verify.

> Complete About section of your channel.
> Add description, links, Email, Select your Country.

Final and last Step 3 (Enable Monetizing ):
> Click on a right-top bar of the page (Previously step).
> Click on the 'Creator Studio ' Section ( its goes to the dashboard of your channel).
> Click on the Channel section ( screen shot )
> Advance setting and change your country to the United States. ( If you are from the country where monetizing is disabled )
> Return to Status and features.
> Verify your channel by clicking 'Verify' button.
> Enter your number.You will receive a message from Google enter the code hit enter, and you get verify YouTube Channel.
> Below in the monetizing option is displayed Click enable.
> Page goes to the page (Screenshot )
> Click Enable my account.
>Select all agreements of YouTube.
> Click done.
After complete all the steps the Message has been displayed about linking your account with AdSense.
Click on the link and complete all the requirements of Google AdSense. Payee Name must be your Real name same in your bank account.
After one hour or may be 10 to 20 minutes Google replied you with your account has been Enable for monetizing and Fully setup.
